PORK STIR FRY
This recipe is simple and easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:
STEP 1:
Finely chop your pork, apply 1tsp of ginger garlic paste and salt.In a pan add 1tbsp oil, Once the oil is hot add the pork, fry the pork till the water from the pork dries out and the the pork pieces are lightly fried.
STEP 2:
Add 1tbsp of all purpose seasoning to there pork and fry for another 2-3 min.Remove pork and set it aside, in the same pan add the remaining oil, once hot add the 1tsp of chopped ginger garlic, 1/2 cumin and 2-3 chopped green chillies, fry for a minute making sure it doesn't burn. Add 1tbsp of gluten free soya sauce and stir fry for a minute.After stir fried add 2-3 chopped spring onions,fry for a couple of minuets.
STEP 3:
Add the chopped bell pepper and fry for 2-3 min.Now add the pork, mix everything well and fry for another 1-2 min. Then add 1tbsp chopped coriander and take the pan off the hob.
STEP 4:
serve with sauce off your choice or french fries.Enjoy!

- 1tsp all purpose seasoning powder
- 2-3 chopped green chillies
- 1tbsp chopped coriander
- 2-3 chopped spring onions
- 1tbsp gluten free soya sauce
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- 1 bell pepper chopped in cubes
