SUGAR COOKIES
These are my most favourite treats and they are very addictable!
INGREDIENTS:
Step 1: Put in your softened butter and sugar and with a spatula start to blend the sugar in the butter until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: After the butter and sugar mixture is smooth and creamy sift in the flour and mix it up.
Step 3: Start to slightly knead the dough until everything is mixed well ( try not to knead for to long or else the sugar will disappear and you will end up with floury biscuits).
Step 4: Line a tray with parchment paper and start to take the dough and make them into balls.
Step 5: Leave the biscuits for about 10 - 11 minutes in the oven, and ta da you have your delicious sugar cookies that you will definitely make you addicted to them:)

- 227g of Dairy Free Softened Butter
- 201g of Sugar
- 128g of Gluten Free Self-raising Flour
